SunTUG's Privacy Policy
We operate under the following set of strict privacy principles:
- The only personally identifiable information obtained about individual visitors to the SunTUG Web site is that supplied voluntarily by visitors.
- In cases when SunTUG may need personal information to provide
visitors
with
customized content or to inform them about new features or services,
visitors are
explicitly asked for that information.

e-mail

address, etc.) will not intentionally be disclosed to anyone outside our
SunTUG
Executive Committee members except as noted below. We will not give away or sell any of the
information given to us. All efforts are made to ensure confidentiality

Note: If you sign up for a class, the registration information you give for that class will be shared with HP Training only. If you attend a Summit meeting, the highest-level sponsor(s) may request your name and/or employer name be given to them. We will not reveal your name unless we receive such a request, and we will not, reveal any information outside of name and employer name to anyone other than HP Training (the class sponsor) without your explicit consent.

IP Addresses:
An IP address is a number automatically assigned to your computer
whenever
you
access the Internet. All computer identification on the Internet is
conducted with IP
addresses, which allow computers and servers to recognize and
communicate

each other. SunTUG does not log or record IP addresses in any way.
Cookies:
Our site does not use cookies.
Membership Registration:
Our site's registration page requires users to give us contact
information
such as
their name, e-mail address, phone number, and address. The customer's
contact
information is used to contact members for the SunTUG business only,
such
as
welcoming them to SunTUG or to keep them informed of SunTUG events and
offerings.
External Links:
SunTUG may provide links to various third party web sites. Please be
advised that
SunTUG exercises no authority over linked sites, each of which maintains
independent privacy and data collection policies and procedures. SunTUG
assumes
no responsibility or liability for these independent methods or actions

is not
responsible for the independent policies or procedures of destination
sites. SunTUG
cannot take responsibility for the privacy initiatives or the content of

Surveys and Questionnaires:
Our online surveys and questionnaires may ask visitors for contact

contact information is used only by SunTUG to contact the visitor when
